Dr. Richard Novak, Vice President for Continuing Studies and Distance Education at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey recently received the 2019 UPCEA Julius M. Nolte Award for Extraordinary Leadership. The award is given to an individual in recognition of unusual and extraordinary contributions to the cause of continuing education on the regional, national, and/or international level.
