The Waksman Institute Summer Experience (vWISE) is a one week program that engages students in an authentic research project. It focuses on the DNA sequence analyses of genes from the duckweed Landoltia punctata, and how these compare to those found in other species.

Summer dance students receive specialized, age-appropriate mentorship by Mason Gross School of the Arts faculty. A residential option for the Summer Dance Conservatory allows high school students an early taste of on-campus college life. Weekly evening classes are available for students who wish to continue their academic year practice. Participants make use of the professional facilities of the Mason Gross Dance Department for classes and performances.
The Drawing & Painting Portfolio Intensives are designed for students who wish to develop their awareness and abilities in drawing and painting, as well as for those considering applying to art school in the future.
