Rutgers Recreation
Recreational, motivational and educational experiences for children ages 5-16. Seven 1-week camp sessions are offered June through August.
Student Maker Summer Camps
The Rutgers Makerspace will open its doors to Middle School and High School students for a week of innovation and invention. Students will design their own solutions to a problem, with the goal of developing an innovative product or process.
BOLD (BioCONECT Oncology Leadership Development) Program
A unique summer learning opportunity for students who have an interest in learning about cellular biology and genetics of cancer, as well as the diverse careers connected to the field.
SMART
SMART is a pre-college enrichment program designed to cultivate students’ interest in health science and research, culminating in enhanced competitiveness and expansion of the pool of underrepresented minority students interested in pursuing health-related professions.
TRIO Programs
The Center for PreCollege Programs includes the TRIO programs of Talent Search and Upward Bound, the Abbott Leadership Institute, University-Assisted Partnerships with local high schools, Cooperman Scholars Program and the Rutgers Future Scholars Program, our collaboration across Rutgers University.
Zimmerli Summer Art Camp
Students are invited to explore their creative sides and develop new skills in the arts alongside our wonderful teaching artists.
Bridge Math Program
This program is ideal for students wanting to stay engaged during the summer, reinforce the learning gains made during the previous year or preview of the math topics they will face in the upcoming year.
Young Actors Workshop
The Young Actors Workshop provides students with the unique opportunity to train with professionals within a collegiate environment. Our comprehensive course features study in acting, movement, acting for the camera, EDI for the Actor, and more. Our program is a once in a lifetime opportunity that will change the trajectory of our student’s life.
